Finally a chance to see Letters From Space perform live! Mike Garner, the band's frontman, is Mark's cousin, and ever since we started relocating to Colorado, we've been waiting for a performance to pop up that we could attend with our kids. The Old South Gaylord Memorial Day Festival in Denver was the perfect chance for our family, so off we went.
Letters From Space was seriously rockin'! And that Mike Garner was GOOD! Way to go, guys.
Dale and Rose handled the loud music like true seasoned groupies and danced for everyone in front of the stage.
Until Rose got tired.
We weren't the only ones who came that day to see Mike perform. Aunt Barbara was there, and so was Mike's sweetheart Jessica. It was so nice to see our Colorado family.
Dale and Rose were so good at the festival that we decided ice cream was a must. It was pink ice cream for Rose and of course chocolate for Dale.

Mark definately looks like a Garner, the most handsome Garner.
