Will You Be Our Valentine?

On Valentine's Day, we had a very important date with the Palte gals.  Before we went inside, I forced my children to sit on the awesome Palte bench.  I could not, however, force them to smile.

Of course Dale has his art books.

Dale is always excited to go to Aunt Abbey's house.  He loves Emily and Addison like they are his little sisters, and he loves playing with all their toys.

Dale was ready to give Emily and Addison their valentines.

We got straight to work on our Valentine's day crafts.

Addie smiles at Dale, who was working hard to make her laugh.

Dale in particular worked very hard on his valentines.

He made a great portrait of Addison with her pigtails.

Emily loves listening to Dale talk about his art book.  He describes every picture to her, and she hangs on to every word he says.

My children make themselves right at home at the Palte house.  In fact, we trash their house.  Sorry, Aunt Abbey.  We love you.
